New molecules, the same old paperwork

From package to work product

Every requirement here carries a document. Miss the requirement, you have a deviation. Miss the document, you are out before anyone reads your price.

Hydrogen and emissions parameters

Every station valve, read against EN, ISO and the hydrogen case.

Loonar takes the above-ground station, buried pipeline, blend skid and metering scope out of the package and lays it out tag by tag: bore, design pressure, weld end preparation, body material, seat and seal, hydrogen readiness and the ISO 15848-1 emissions class each item carries. One hundred per cent hydrogen on the station sits next to a twenty per cent blend on the buried section, and every value carries its page.

Technical deviations

Fifty-eight items become seventeen decisions.

Loonar rolls the values up against what you have actually qualified, so hydrogen readiness is one row covering twenty-four items rather than twenty-four repeated checks. Qualification that stops at a twenty per cent blend, Class AH held on two body sizes only, an embrittlement data pack you do not have: each one is a deviation with its items and the register behind it. The metering skid with no hydrogen scope stated is flagged before it is assumed.

The clause register

The network operator's terms, assessed.

Every clause is classified, risk rated and assessed against your standard positions. A life-of-asset hydrogen warranty no test evidence can support, a sixty-month term tied to station energisation, five years of annual leak reporting nobody priced: the three clauses that matter surface above the twenty-seven that are already aligned.
