Platform RFQ Analysis
Loonar reads the entire RFQ and extracts every requirement you need to quote, each one traced back to its page.
Loonar reads the full package and builds the requirement list before anything gets built on top of it. That list is the foundation of the quotation: your deviations, your pricing and your offer all inherit from it.
From thousands of pages to structured data
A requirement missed in the analysis can impact your margins when it's too late.
Technical parameters
Every technical value extracted, and pinned to the page it came from.
Loonar groups every value, package-wide or per-item, by equipment type with its source page, and re-runs or exports the set as the package changes.
Quality and compliance
The quality requirements that need a decision before you quote.
Quality, compliance, logistics and documentation requirements come back as one ranked list, each cited to its clause and page, with anything you can't meet flagged here, not hidden in the price.
ISO 9001 Management System Certification Verification Your current ISO 9001:2015 certificate is required with the bid and is not yet on file.

What is missing
The documents referenced in the package but never sent.
Loonar checks the package against its own attachments list, rating every expected document received, missing or uncertain, so gaps get flagged for clarification on day one, not after pricing.
Contradictions
Catch the clauses that contradict each other
Data sheets, piping specs and annexes rarely agree. Loonar puts the two conflicting statements side by side with the page each one came from, so you decide which one governs, or send it back to the client as a clarification, before it becomes a claim.
The valve data sheet calls for carbon steel on tag 46-CV-0402; the piping material specification for the same line requires stainless steel. Both cannot be supplied.
46-CV-0402 Body material: ASTM A216 WCB (carbon steel) Choose A Line class A1A body material: ASTM A351 CF8M (316 stainless) Choose B See what Loonar reads in your documents.
Book 30 minutes and bring a real RFQ. We run your own package through Loonar and show you what it surfaces: every requirement, every gap, every contradiction, each value traceable to its page.
