Platform Offer Review
Check your offer against the original RFQ, so no important requirement slips through.
Loonar checks every requirement in the RFQ against the offer and gives each one a verdict. What was never answered surfaces before the offer goes out, not after.
From thousands of pages to structured data
A technical offer looks complete because it is long. Whether it answers every spec that was asked for is a different question.
IES-04-BC-001 ×4 requires a minimum casing width of 1000 mm and the offer states 200 mm.
IES-04-AD-001 ×2 requires EN 10204 3.2 certification and the offer provides 3.1.
DS-4578-0001 ×63 requires 300 m³/h in summer duty and the offer states 248.4 m³/h.
IES-04-BC-001 ×4 requires EI 120 to EN 1366-2 and the offer does not mention it.
Decisions
Only the requirements that need you, and the record of what you decided.
Loonar surfaces only the requirements that need a human call, and your recorded decision keeps each one from being argued twice.
The full comparison
What was asked, and what you actually offered.
Each row pairs the RFQ text with the offer's answer and the verdict, with any engineering condition recalculated from the offer's own data rather than taken on trust.
Your Company Ltd. · Backdraught damper, technical schedule
Ventec Air Systems S.r.l. · Quotation Q-4119-Rev0, model VBD-A
The evidence
Both documents open, on the two lines that disagree.
Each verdict pairs the RFQ spec with the quotation, both highlighted to source and deviation, so engineering and procurement close gaps before submission, not after the customer does.
