A pump is selected against a duty point, not a part number. The curve covers it or it does not, and every check is arithmetic done by hand.
Duty and seal parameters

Loonar takes the process, multistage, submersible and dosing scope out of the package and lays it out tag by tag: flow, head, casing material, impeller type, API seal plan, driver rating and the standard each duty answers to. The seal plan sits beside the P&ID reference, and every value carries the page it came from.
Technical deviations
Sixty-eight items become twenty decisions.
Loonar rolls the duties up against your build standard, so the Plan 53B requirement is one row covering the whole boiler feed scope rather than a check per pump. Plan 53A as standard with bought-in accumulators, twenty-week duplex castings, ATEX Zone 2 motors against a Zone 1 requirement, IE4 available on forty-two of sixty-eight frames: each one is a deviation with its pumps and the register behind it.

Every clause is classified, risk rated and assessed against your standard positions. Zero negative efficiency tolerance capitalised over fifteen years, lost production passed through as supplier liability, a thirty-six month unconditional seal warranty: the three clauses no test result can support surface above the twenty-six that are already aligned.
